Landmark Research
Delta Sleep-Inducing Peptide (DSIP) is one of the earliest investigational neuropeptides studied for sleep physiology. Most published human research was conducted during the 1980s and 1990s, with relatively little contemporary clinical research available. The publications below represent the landmark studies that established the scientific understanding of DSIP and continue to be referenced in the literature today.

Acute and delayed effects of DSIP (delta sleep-inducing peptide) on human sleep behavior

Summary
This was one of the first controlled human studies evaluating DSIP.
