Returns & Refunds Policy

At Pearland Peptides, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products and to ensure product quality, safety, and integrity, all sales are considered final.

Returns

Pearland Peptides does not accept returns of any products once an order has been shipped. For quality assurance and safety reasons, returned products cannot be restocked or resold.

Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

  • Improper use, handling, storage, or reconstitution of products

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Orders marked as delivered by the carrier

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@pearlandpeptides.com.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographs of any damaged items or packaging

We will review all claims on a case-by-case basis and, when appropriate, may provide a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact Pearland Peptides directly regarding any order issues before initiating a chargeback with their financial institution. Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in refusal of future service.
