ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days following payment confirmation.

SHIPPING

Shipping times vary by destination and carrier. Tracking information will be provided when available.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Pearland Peptides is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Any damaged shipment must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Photographs of the package and contents may be required.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once a shipment has been transferred to the carrier, delivery responsibility rests with the carrier. Pearland Peptides will assist customers with carrier claims when appropriate.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Due to the nature of products sold, all sales are final unless an order fulfillment error has occurred.
