ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day after payment has been successfully authorized and verified. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

SHIPPING

Standard Shipping is available for $4.99, with free Standard Shipping on orders of $100 or more. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days. 2-Day Express Shipping is available for $44.99. Tracking information will be provided by email, when available, to the email address provided at checkout.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Pearland Peptides is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Any shipment damaged during transit must be reported within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Clear photographs of the shipping package, shipping label, and damaged product(s) may be required to process a replacement request.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once a shipment has been transferred to the carrier, delivery responsibility rests with the carrier. Pearland Peptides is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, natural disasters, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will gladly assist customers in filing carrier claims when appropriate.
